LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "OUR PIECE OF WORK"

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the individual or legal entity listed as the purchaser during the checkout process ("Licensee"), and Our Piece of Work.

LICENSE GRANT

Subject to these terms and our policies, Our Piece of Work grants you a limited, personal, commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services and products under the brand "Our Piece of Work". You may use our product(s) for personal and commercial purposes, including incorporation into websites, videos, social media, and other media formats.

LICENSEE TERMS

By completing the checkout process on our website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use any of our licensed assets.

NUMBER OF USERS

The license is limited to 1 user per purchase. Sub-licensing to others is not permitted under this Standard Use License.

PERMITTED USES

You are permitted to use the licensed assets in social media, marketing, and digital advertisements as follows:

  • Personal Social Media for Non-Commercial Use: Unlimited non-commercial use on your personal social media accounts.

  • Company Social Media for Commercial Use: Unlimited commercial use on social media accounts owned and managed by your business.

  • Digital Advertisements for Commercial Use: Unlimited use in internet advertisements such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

LICENSE LIMITATIONS

The following limitations apply to this Standard Use License:

  • Digital Development: Use of licensed assets for website software development, mobile app development, desktop application development, and video game development is prohibited.

  • Public or Live Performance: Use or incorporation of licensed assets in any public, pre-recorded or live performance, including radio, podcast, live-streaming, television broadcasts, or film productions, is prohibited.

  • Trademark: Licensed assets may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, tradename, or similar use.

PROHIBITED USES

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Resale or sub-licensing of licensed assets or any modification of them in source file form.

  • Use of licensed assets in a way that is directly competitive with the original licensed assets.

  • Making licensed assets available for download, extraction, or redistribution as standalone files.

  • Use of licensed assets in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material.

TERMINATION

This License will automatically terminate upon the conclusion of any membership term or if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Our Piece of Work reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Piece of Work retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the licensed assets not expressly granted under this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

MODIFICATIONS

Our Piece of Work may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version on our website. The modified terms will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the modification.
